JNTUK Paper Valuation Process & Important Points (Part 1)

Don't worry about the Online Valuation.. Here are the Complete Details.

NOTE : THIS SOFTWARE WILL NOT VALUATE AUTOMATICALLY

Step 1 : The Answer Sheets Which We Have Written Will Be Get Scanned Into Image Files / PDF Files. This GLOBARENA SOFTWARE Is Used To Add The Visibility Of your Scanned Answer Booklet

Step 2 : The Scanned Files Will Be Getting Exchanged Between The Districts

Step 3 : They Are Valuated By The examiners only (Not By The Software). Now the examiners are provided by some passwords so that they can open the papers (Files) which were alloted to them for the valuation

Step 4 : Now The Examiner Looks At Our Answer Sheet (Scanned File) On The Monitor Screen And He Will Enter Our Marks Through Keyboard. If Anyone Writes 2 Times For The Same Question Then The GLOBARENA SOFTWARE Identifies It And Gives An Instruction To The examiner

Step 5 : After The Examiner Entering The Marks For The Answers Of A Booklet, Now The GLOBARENA SOFTWARE Will Calculate The Given Marks For Each Answer And Totals It

Step 6 : And Finally All The Valuated Papers (Each And Every File) Are Rechecked By JNTUK Staff So That If Any Examiner If He Makes A Mistake Then The JNTUK Staff Will Rectify It

This is the complete evaluation process.

Important Points To Follow By Every Student Of JNTUK (NEW JNTUK RULES) :

1.) The Written Matter Will Be Getting Scanned Darkly Only Through Black Point Pen. So Inorder To This The JNTUK Have Told To Use Black Only (Do Not Use Blue Pen, Pencil, Gel Pen Or Sketch Pen. Do Not Use Correction Fluid Also)
